What I can do after the course?
After completing the course, you should be able to have all the skills required to understand how to film, edit and export. It will give you enough information to formulate the basic foundation on which to build by practicing and employing the skills learnt. It’s a perfect course to get started in professional content creation.
What I need prior to starting the course?
As this is an Introduction to Filmmaking, it will give you all the basic information required as a beginner. Saying that, however, a basic level of computer literacy is desirable to fully grasp the post production techniques.
What are the teaching techniques?
The teaching will be conducted in a classroom style room in our production office. It will include some theory and, of course, plenty of practical exercises with tutorials, demonstrations and one to one assistance where required. We keep the class sizes small in order to provide a more individual and personal approach. We will demonstrate the techniques using our state of the art professional equipment.
What do I need to bring?
In order to fully benefit from the course, it is desirable to bring a laptop from which to edit. Please contact us to discuss the details and we can better inform you as we have some equipment that can be used on the day.
Are there any other costs associated with this course?
The price includes everything, so there are no additional costs.
What can I do after the course?
As this is an introduction, it gives you everything you need to get started. Of course, in order to truly become a professional, it requires practice, practice, practice.
