Terms & Conditions

• The three packages offered are on a monthly basis of 30 calendar days from the date of sign-up.
• Passionedia FZ LLC is only bound to deliver the package elements on a monthly basis against the package fee being paid in advance, at the start of the monthly calendar.
• Passionedia FZ LLC will not undertake the responsibility of any legal implications arising out of content provided to Passionedia FZ LLC.
• Passionedia FZ LLC has the right to decline content provided by the client if it deems it objectionable, infringing copyright or plagiarised.
• Passionedia FZ LLC’s Community Manager will allocate certain hours for Lite, Pro and Expert clients depending on the scope of work. Additional hours will be billed separately. The client will be provided with a cost quotation and only on its approval and payment, the additional hours will be implemented.
• Passionedia FZ LLC will only implement posting approved by the client in writing.
• Post modification after approval will be treated as a fresh post.
• For Lite and Pro packages, Arabic copy will charged as extra, on a per word basis.
• All purchased stock images and footage for use in content will be billed to the client. Passionedia FZ LLC will provide a cost quotation and on payment, will initialise the purchase.
• The three packages offered are for a limited period only and Passionedia FZ LLC has the right to withdraw the packages as deemed appropriate.
